Good organization is very important to us in order to give every patient the attention they need and to plan the necessary staff accordingly. Please note that for accuracy and quality assurance, all incoming and outgoing calls and contact attempts are precisely logged in our practice system via our telecommunications interface.
We therefore kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following policy: For appointments that are missed (or cancelled with no valid reason less than 24 hours before the scheduled time), we are required to charge a flat cancellation fee of €25 (§ 615 BGB).
By booking an appointment and submitting your data, you enter into a treatment agreement with our practice and accept this policy.
All veterinary services provided at our practice are billed in accordance with the legally mandated Fee Schedule for Veterinarians (GOT). The GOT is a nationally applicable statutory regulation and forms the binding basis in Germany for our fees. Exception: Costs for services provided by external providers (e.g. examinations at an external laboratory) are not subject to the GOT. These costs are invoiced addtionally.
